Marnie is the Administrative Assistant in the office of the Executive Vice Chancellor for Administration and Chief Administrative Officer. Her role involves day-to-day support for a core group of leaders under the CAO Office and division. From scheduling and maintaining organization to being a team player, she makes sure to provide optimal support and resources that help carry out initiatives.

Her journey at Washington University began six years ago working as a Housekeeper at the School of Medicine. Two years later she worked her way up as a Customer Service Representative where she focused on building leadership skills and taking her communication skills and multi-tasking to the next level.  Prior to WashU, Marnie worked at Boeing in the facilities area.

Marnie Ford was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. During her free time Marnie motivates and inspires through her gospel music podcast: Playlist with DJ Jireh Your Musical Provider. She is also working towards her Bachelor’s degree as an Administrator in Health Care.
